ABOUT
The brief was to envision a state-of-the-art experience center - a one of a kind, something that has never been built before - to showcase the various services being offered by a global SaaS company.
The space was aimed as a marketing tool for the company's software services to prospective customers, launching of new products or being used for meetings and design sprints.
CONCEPT

CONCEPT
The idea conceptualized was from popular sci-fi movies and has characters such as the popular Iron Man and Star Trek movies which showcases an extremely high level of technology behind comprehension.
Each area of the center was carefully curated and crafted to ensure the futuristic language was well received. The company was also eager to utilise the latest in holographic and software technology to ensure an even further immersive experience.

he Entry Experience was thoughtfully designed to evoke the feeling of moving through the corridors of a futuristic spacecraft, drawing inspiration from iconic science-fiction cinema. Aptly named “The Bridge,” this transitional space sets the narrative tone from the very first step. Curved walls and angular surfaces guide visitors forward, while integrated digital screens on either side showcase the company’s journey, innovations, and expertise in global software solutions—much like control panels lining a command deck.
The design language is intentionally bold and dynamic. Sharp, geometric patterns in the carpet mirror the jagged, faceted edges of the wall paneling and false ceiling, creating a cohesive visual rhythm throughout the space. Warm, recessed lighting traces these forms, enhancing depth and movement while subtly illuminating the pathway ahead. The contrast between muted greys and striking red accents reinforces the sci-fi aesthetic, adding drama without overwhelming the senses.
By carefully controlling scale, lighting, and materiality, the space builds anticipation and curiosity, preparing visitors for the experience beyond. The Bridge serves as a moment of transition, heightening excitement and setting expectations for the main space that follows, much like the calm before launch.

The entry from the reception has an articulate fractal geometry that embodies a different language from conventional interiors. The lobby incorporates a table of similar language having original artwork in key areas with small waiting spaces.
The experience continues as a person enters from the tunnel into the main space. They are greeted with a parametric backlit wall which mimics the geometry traditionally associated with sci fi movies

The larger elevation is articulated with fins of varied profiles and with a window wall on one side to project the environment of the client’s company.

The layout is divided into 3 sections. On entry, the first section has a high discussion table with signage screens for preliminary briefings. The display island in the center forms the divide and helps in presentations and interactive video calls.
The Display island is a fixed setup, with screens on all 4 sides, to interact with multiple parties without interruptions. Section 2 is a formal board room setup. The Third section has a projector screen, almost 40’ in length from end to end, to engage in branding presentations and discussions. This is an informal setup with amoeba lounge chairs and small tables to keep snacks and drinks.
Both the Window wall and the projector screen content are custom generated, based on client location and background, by the company's marketing and PR teams.
